Is Showtime or ESPN+ a logo button on most brand name TV remotes?

ESPN & showtime have a platform that educates their audience how to download & stream their app. DAZN has no such a thing. And yes, there is an ESPN plus button on the roku remote and under apps in the newer TV"s. Also Showtime. You can also get the Showtime app if you subscribe to it on YouTube tv, Sling, and hulu. There is a huge educational gap that DAZN has to overcome and they don't have any other platform to educate the public.

Must be a problem in America cause I have no issues watching live fights on DAZN here in Italy. Plus I have trash internet and it works fine

They lost Sunday Ticket after 1 week in Canada because of glitches. NFL forced them to get a TV partner.

Its a big issue with Dazn. The service is crap.

Last summer DAZN acquired exclusive all-games NFL rights for the Canadian market, through 2021. The NFL bundles its live, all-games package under the name “Sunday Ticket,” and DAZN’s exclusivity meant thousands of Canadians hoping last fall to purchase the package via their cable or satellite provider — as in past years — were out of luck. At least to start the season.

But the DAZN service proved a disaster out of the gate. The streaming feeds of both preseason games in August and regular-season games starting in September were rife with technical problems.

Frustrated Canadians across the country complained loudly. For several weeks the company held firm, promising quick fixes to all the issues. It fixed some, not all.

For example, some brands of some devices could not connect properly, or at all. Many rural subscribers couldn’t connect at all because of low wifi issues that typically plague their web experiences. Other issues with DAZN feeds included constant rebuffering, lack of HD video, dropouts in audio, no audio at all for long periods, and delayed availability of pre-game shows and even games.

personally the canelo move was the right the one to make for dazn and signing individual talent. i do not think going the matchroom way has paid off but hey they another year to try something. as long as canelo keeps winning i think dazn will be around. with companies like apple starting their own off tv style and amazon becoming a major sports player in streaming they can outbid dazn for larger sports in the US and thats where i think the long money is especially with regular tv supplying outlets already to amazon apple tv and other streaming platforms.

Nothing on that app is doing numbers but his fights. GGG's fight this weekend ain't nowhere close to being sold out. He did better last year on HBOA with Vanes on short notice.

The DAZN fanboys will keep saying it’s only in America and that they never have any problems with the app.

They’re lying. You can go to DAZN Canadian Twitter Page and see thousands of complaints. I haven’t seen more than 5 people outside of boxingscene say anything good about the app. It’s a trashy app.
