Sydney you are no longer allowed to speak.

Ruiz is a nightmare to fight if you can't stick and move. AND when you stick, you have to hurt him and move him backwards or sideways. If he is able to come forward there will be trouble. He is light on his feet and fast (weight notwithstanding), and he pepper-punches you with solid peppers (lol). When he sets his feet he can and WILL throw bombs. He also doesn't mind being hit (Mexican Style).+

Dimitrenko hit him with bombs early, yet Ruiz peppered him with solid punches (and bombs) almost continuously after that ... until he nailed him big. Ruiz IS underrated and very dangerous.

Wilder, Fury, and some others have enough power to perhaps move him back and sideways. If you don't do that Ruiz is a nightmare (and a tough out even if you do move him).

AJ's footwork needs to be faster, strong plants, and he needs to be nimble and know when to move against Ruiz. Jab must be iconic, and you must be tough, as there will be combination EXCHANGES where EVERYONE WILL GET HIT. (Mexican Style)

The same will be true for Wilder, Fury, and any others. Re-watch the Dimitrenko fight ... revealing.

Gonna watch Ruiz vs Parker tonight. Many have said that was a bad decision. I have to see how Parker could even be close in that fight.

I doubt this fight rematches in the UK though.

Then there's that chin...
Rest and reflection are much needed. No need to rush back. That fight was not a fluke. I hope he doesn't let hearn rush him back out. Six months? LoL! He better work hard and he may be ready for a tuneup in six months.

Get him one of those fine a/ss inferior white chicks(according to what he said), or a super duper dime from Lagos and enjoy the rest of his life. Fighters are not made they are born. His heart is too small for this sport, the whole world saw it, that is a stain he will never be able to clean away. And shout out to his pops.
Ruiz's worse opponent would be Ortiz. He has all the skills, size, and patience to frustrate and dismantle Ruiz ... at least on paper.

But fights can be surprising ...

Sid-knee is hard-headed. He didn't get the memo that Wilder took care of his business and AJ didn't. Oh well ...

Aj just needs to talk to the ref that gave Bum squad 3 hours to recover in the Ortiz fight.

come on I know Sat night ****** for you Brits but you guys are supposedly real boxing fans. if so, take this loss like we expect real boxing fans to do.
He was just gathering himself when he walked to the corner. He wasn't looking to quit at all. He was looking straight at the ref and was answering him with any questions. Did you not see his reaction when the ref stopped it? That is not quitting. I accept the loss but not this latest round of lies and slander like it always is.
