I read a report that AJ pops said AJ had a panic attack in his dressing room. That was the reason why it was a delay. The report also said his father wanted Hearn to call the fight off. AJ father felt something was wrong. Also in the article, it was said AJ was KO in sparring. I don't know if it's true but I agree with you in your post. AJ look shooked. If this is true, there's NO WAY he gets in the ring with Wilder! AJ has a lot of MENTAL TOUGHNESS to build up. Dude QUIT!!!

The fact Hearn felt the need to answer this particular rumour tells me it has substance. If they admitted he took a bad fall in camp they are actually risking never getting a medical
license, especially in Nevada.

It would explain a lot and it’s a
solid rumour on the circuit. I’m inclined to listen to the jungle drums.

But that’s what happens when you give a championship fighter a steady diet of below level competition. The fighter starts to relax and pick up bad habits. Habits that can be exposeing factors when in with top tier monsters.

This may just be a bitter wrap for the AJ story. Whoever brought in the shoty comp after Vlad wears a lot of this blame. These are heavyweights, in that game especially, ain’t no mistakes allowed.
