you guys who constantly posted all these comments n threads hyping the man up and eddie hearn are really the reason it was so much pressure on aj, you all hyped him up so much and rushed him to super man status and hearn with the arrogance really put alot of pressure on the man, he seems like mentally he cant deal with it. so blame yourselves. i hope he can come back from this but its a long shot... but is this rumor even true?
AJ suffered a panic attack before the fight according to his father

Where has this been publicly stated?
getting a panic attack doesn't necessarily have anything to do with him being scared. He's fought on big stages before, bigger than this against better opposition.
But i'd like to know where this has been said.
Could you imagine they called the fight off as he's about to walk in? Would have been a total disaster.
That would've one-upped Curtis Harper!Comment

why are you talking bout wilder in a thread about AJs excuses for a loss to someone who isnt wilder? wilders fight, and subsequent comments, are monthhhssss old.....Take my whooping? I'm not the one who got my ass kicked. Joshua did. I'm a Joshua fan but I'm a boxing fan first of all and I'm happy for Ruiz that he won and I love upsets and being there when boxing history got made. Why should I take my whooping from a fight that I enjoyed watching?
I'm a fan but not a fanboy. I'm not obsessed like you are. I can deal with reality and you can't. Wilder will remain a paper champ until he avenges his loss to Fury. Joshua losing doesn't change that. Wilder didn't beat Joshua. End of story. Fury is the only one of them who is still unbeaten and beat the guy who had all the belts. Wilder won the title off Stiverne who won a vacant belt.
you can try to convince yourself of whatever you want...you wont convince me of anything other than you being a hurt fangirl who felt a huge lump in her throat when AJ couldnt finish a fight with a tubby, pale, american.....
thats it...plain and simple...no need to mention wilder at all
the sad part is youre trying to compare fights and results
wilder=never left his feet...knocked opponent down twice....got a draw....was upset he didnt get a win and put on a better show
AJ=knocked down 4x...couldnt finish...took a huge L...against a huge underdogComment

We'll never know that. But at least we all know he acted like a true dad who loves his son would based on natural instinct.I agree and I get all of that. If this is indeed true, then the fight should have been called off the moment that Joshua had suffered the panic attack but instead AJ and Eddie Hearn decided to forge ahead anyway. All I am saying is had Joshua won the fight then his dad would have never brought this topic up in the first. He would have conveniently changed his tune.
I just saw a video now showing a tweet by Fury's manager, Ben DAvidson (he has deleted it now) with emojis of mouth sealed, brain, and eyes, as Josh was walking to the ring. I guess that explains why Fury posted something positive and why I saw Ben Davidson showing love to Josh yesterday on all of Okolie's posts about Josh. I think the news of Josh's concussion was obvious to certain people and Ruiz probably knew going into the fight.Comment

Redd, I’m sure you’ve already noticed, but the fear of the attack, knowing it’s close, is worse than the actual attack. It’s like living a nightmare. I’ll keep you both in our prayers brotherThat sucks to hear.
My wife gets legit panic attacks (not the 'I'm freaking out' bullshyt most girls think are panic attacks). She starts to hyperventilate, shake, her eyes look right through you, and she's both scared and violent at the same time. It is fking brutal. The one thing I've learned with her is to never let anything work her into a panic attack because once she's in that mode, all bets are off.Comment
