    HBO announcers are missed dearly

How much more thrilling would that upset had been with Lampley, Kellerman and Roy Jones with us for the ride?

That was a huge moment in boxing history, the type of moment seasoned sports announcers dream of and the DAZN crew showed they don’t have a clue.

I felt like they just joined the audience in shock. The commentary at the end was basically like “wow Joshua actually lost.”

I can’t imagine that happening with Lampley who delivered us great calls in big moments. I go back and watch upsets on HBO and get chills, in part because of the memorable quote that goes along with it.

I still remember Lampley’s excellent calls when Rahman knocked out Lewis and when Foreman knocked out more. Now we’re stuck with Brian Kennedy.

Eh, at the end of the day, they're just commentators. Doesn't change the way I feel about fights, and Al Bernstein/Mauro/Paulie (even though I hate him) >>>> HBO crew.

All day. DAZN needs to pick up Lampley or Teddy Atlas to put some energy in the fight-calling.

I think out of the 3 the only one I miss hearing is Roy Jones. Not a big fan of Lampley's cheerleading behind. Max isn't too bad

            You're right.

I do miss Lampey a bit and Larry Merchant before he was canned for trolling Mayweather

Roy, Merchant, Lederman, and sometimes Kellerman were good.

Lampley being taken away from boxing is excellent for the sport. Foo was clueless and would spread misinformation

Same, Max knows his stuff and Roy was great.

I also missing the ole Harold RIP "OK Jim, 5 rounds to 3..."

Lampley, I'm not missing his game tbh

Atlas, Roy, Max as the MC would be game.

What pissed me off the most I think it was BK or someone else didnt know was the score card should be after 2 knockdowns. Like really? if you gonna be announcing the play by play at least know wtf a score card would be when a fighter scores 2 knockdowns!

I almost want to start a petition to get that guy removed!
