Could Ruiz become a bigger cash cow than AJ?

It sounds crazy, but could Ruiz make more money for Matchroom/DAZN than AJ? I've been married for 18 years and I cannot pay my wife to watch boxing with me. This same woman has spent the last two days reading and watching any and all videos and articles about Andres Ruiz Jr. He's the anti-AJ, but I am beginning to wonder if his story and authentic personality could have far greater appeal than AJ's manufactured image.

Someone is obviously going to make a movie about this guy's life down the road, so how many people are going to want to see the real story unfold?

I have a feeling the DAZN's John Skipper is giving Eddie Hearn marching orders this very morning to lock in Andy Ruiz.

Some of you are living in lala land. Ruiz is 6 foot and 268 pounds with trex arms.

Big ups for beating AJ, but this guy won't last past his next fight!

but joshua has that gay/cuckold fanbase who fantasize about lathering up his cartoon steroid muscles and spanking themselves for his amusement

Not a very good chance of it. He'd need to rack up a series of W's & beat Wilder & Fury. This 1 W isn't getting him very far towards being a $20M+ purse reg.

His potential audience of chubby people in America is staggering.

Man he could have 60 million fans. LOL.

He could be the biggest draw in the game if he had a promotor like Arum or Oscar. Haymon might be good at getting fighters money but they aren't good at building super stars. Mexican Americans are the biggest supporters of the sport here. He could be selling Andy Ruiz grills and starring in Carl's jr commercials.

                    The short answer is yes.

The real answer is that as much as I like watching that fat kid fight, there is just no damn way he’s going to put together the sort of win streak that it would take to be that guy.
