What he has is a powerful Blutoesque massive torso, stumpy legs, low center of gravity, and a good chin. He's maximized those assets by using steady but careful pressure, letting his hands go, and staying balanced.
Not only in boxing, but in any endeavor, making the maximum use of your assets while minimizing your weaknesses almost always pays off.
AJ was off for whatever the reason and was unable to maximize his assets though in the 3rd, that left hook he put Andy down with finishes 99% of the heavies in existence. Landed a big flush right when Andy got up and many other big punches.
