Anthony Joshua father lashed out at Eddie Hearn. Is the ship sinking?

I don’t know if many of you caught it due to the horrible stream but AJ father went nuts on Eddie Hearn and had to be restraint by his son. I know for sure those slavery remarks from Barry Hearn didn’t go over well with AJ Nigerian family but who knows what this could be over. Is it time for AJ to leave Hearn and become his own promoter?

His loud mouth doesn’t help AJ at all and it seems like he is an unlikable character which is not good for his fighters. I don’t think Hearn has the knowledge to operate on a high level yet like GBP and TopRank. He’s still learning maybe he should go back to Matchroom Boxing and regroup. Honestly, what do you think about this altercation?

Edit: I have trouble posting videos so just click on the link. If one of my guys could inbox me the steps to posting a video I’d show my appreciation with some Green K.

What is he mad about exactly? That should be the focus.

Is he blaming Hearn because he gave a tough fight for his son?

You must be kidding. AJ astronomical growth happened because of Hearn.

I think it probably had to do with fighting a last minute opponent. He probably would've preferred for them to reschedule the fight at a different date or cancel it all together.

AJ didn't look like he was in the best shape, might've been sick heading into the fight. It didn't help that their replacement beat him.

But the reality is that you can't blame this on Hearn. He had a date, tickets were sold, promotion was done, they had their opponent and AJ had to show up and be a professional.

Not kidding at all. They’ve both made each other great money. Let’s be honest Hearn would still be promoting fights on Sky if it wasn’t for AJ. He’s got much of his deals off the back of AJ.

I actually thought it was a shaky stoppage also. The only reason I think the ref stopped it was because he wouldn’t take his hands off the ropes.

Hearn is an opportunist. You and I weren’t there and you don’t know what happened behind the scene. Something was off before, during and after the fight.

I have no idea that’s why I’m posting it to get you guys opinion. Maybe someone knows the background to this incident
