The real question, is AJ simply overrated?

He's not even 30 yet and has been champ for 3 years, it's not like he just fought for it.

Also, Tyson had ~30 fights, and also isn't really a standard as he was an absolute freak of nature anyway.

There's no question that AJ was moved extremely fast, for any standard really, but especially in relation to his era, and the previous era and especially especially in relation to his peers.

He fought for the belt after 15 fights and less than 3 years as a pro AND after a 2-3 year amateur career.

He wasn't moved extremely fast he was fighting British level boxers until the IBF stripped Tyson Fury and Martin title was bought

Stop acting like he was fighting world class boxers in his 10th fight

You really aren't the sharpest tool in the box, are you?

At the same stage, Deontay Wilder fought DeAndrey Abron, a lightheavyweight on a 5-fight losing streak.

Anyway, discussing boxing with you is like watching grass grow.

Extremely tedious (look it up in the dictionary)

Bringing up Wilder for no reason and then quitting like AJ did at MSG

Wouldn't expect anything less from you

You don't make any point. You're just venting because you're jealous of AJ.

              It's boring bro

When did the fast tracking exactly begin

You genuinely seem a bit thick.

i have no idea why you guys bring up wilder any chance you get even when the conversation has nothing to do with him... its like its your get out of jail free card or something? but yes i agree they rushed him to being a champ after fury had to give up the belts... he collected them from a few average guys and never beat the champs whos they were... in that you all and the media and hearn absolutely lost your minds and spammed the boards with nothing but hype and nonsense. he himself didnt even want all that hype but he eventually bought into it but we could all see he didnt really believe it. you all and hearn really destroyed this guy and need to stop. you sit here and try to ride the fence as if we really dont know secretly you are an aj fanatic. he is overrated and not that good!
