Is Joshua Really That Chinny? Got Caught With 2 Flush Left Hooks

The video below is timestamped and shows the 2 left hooks that led to the knockdown. Is he really that chinny or would most heavyweights be badly wobbled by the 2 left hooks Ruiz landed?

Parker got hit with the same type of left hooks and was never hurt. Joshua's chin is not that good. Parker has a great chin tho although Dillian Whyte did put him down with a monster left hook...but Parker never went out

Ruiz is not a hard puncher. the punches that knocked AJ down didn't even hit his chin.

that means his entire head is vulnerable. to the side of the head. on the forehead(wlad). etc

kind of like David Price. You can hit him anywhere on the head and he stiffens up.

most top tier fighters are invulnerable to forehead and side of the head shots.

First punch landed on the chin, second punch landed on the temple. Temple is the worst place to get hit. I don't think Joshua has a good chin but i don't think he's chinny either.

temple shots don't do anything to great fighters.

that's why Golovkin, Tyson, Holyfield can just march forward with a chin guard.

If your temple is fragile then your head is fragile. it's not durable. simple as that.

He has been knocked down 5 times in 5 fights.

Four were against one guy, but still. He also got wobbled by Whyte and Povetkin.

If a bigger puncher than Ruiz hit him last night he'd have been out in one shot. Wilder or Ortiz would not have let him get up three more times.

smaller heads are vulnerable to temple shots i find. AJ definitely has a small head like David Price and Alistair Overeem.

these kind of shots generally do not knock sturdy skulled fighters out or even really hurt them. at 5'10 at HW, how many temple shots do you think David Tua has taken? he never wobbles from those shots.

Well if he wasn't he will be now, they would've taken something away from Joshua!
