Joshua was never an elite boxer.

The heavyweight division is weak. All it takes is one punch to change the fight at that weight. The last real skilled heavys were Vitali and Lennox.

This era sucks. Full of failed basketball players (Wilder) and drug cheat bodybuilders (Joshua) who think they're true elite fighters.

Nope he isnt. He still deserves to be seen as one of the serious top players in that division but the division is weak. But its competitive, thats what really matters. The best fighters in this division can all lose to each other, they all got plenty of weaknesses and they can all ****.

If Uysk can bring his A game to the division then we will have an elite guy in the division but these are big big guys up here now its quite what it was in the 90's.

first of all, he's not a great athlete. Secondly, I doubt he will ever learn. Was only a matter of time. Anyone that knows anything about boxing knows Mr Roboto was a manufactured fraud.

Think Joshua totally lost the mental side of the fight tonight! No other fighter so far ever stood before Joshua looking so stubborn, so convinced of themselves, so fixated on finding a win. lol. That alone defeated Joshua tonight, I guess! He looked and the block in front of him never looked intimidated by his physique but even to Joshua’s shock Andy had a clear strategy to his game

Been saying this for a while, none are elite. I thought Joshua was the best of a bad bunch but that doesn't even seem like the case now.

I always laugh when people compare the current heavyweight to the golden era.

Ortiz hurt Wilder badly in the 7th round.

What did Wilder do? He didn't give up. He fought back!

AJ didn't know what to do except wait for a towel to be thrown in.

He’s an elite boxer who’s still learning and gaining experience whilst taking tough fights.

If the shot he didn’t see that caught him in the temple caught him somewhere else, it would’ve been a different out. He needs to change his trainer and find hunger from somewhere. He’ll beat Ruiz in the rematch if he can fight behind his jab

Getting hit in the temple is different from getting caught on the chin.

Also, he got up four times but he was concussed. And Ruiz landed some big body shots that zapped air out him. Ortiz was tired and old when hurt Wilder.
