So I assume you are a millionaire this morning then? Cuz a mere $90k bet on Ruiz woulda won you a million.

Who was even saying that around here? Definitely not most people I know that. I think the most popular choice in the pickem game was a early round KO by Joshua & the 2nd most popular choice as a mid round KO by Joshua. Which usually doesn't suggest a live opponent.

Ruiz isn't untalented. I don't think anyone was saying anything like that, but he's been a big fat unmotivated guy in the past & he looked like the same going into the biggest fight of his life.

That said I think there are some people here you've said Joshua was beatable, myself being one of them, & even saying Joshua would likely be beaten by no names, myself being one of them, but no one had much reason to think this was THAT fight & I was among those thinking that as well.

You assume? You're the third guy who asked me or assumed that I bet on Ruiz. I don't have to bet to pick Ruiz to ko Joshua. Joshua has been a ****en bum for a while now it's just that many of you didn't know it.

Who are you speaking for? The forum guys? Ok... Ruiz was never unmotivated. I thought that he beat Parker. He just won't have the physique that maybe a Wilder or Joshua has.

Diehards here knew that Ruiz was more than capable of winning this fight. He was 260+ lb, has good power I feel he can land, has fast hands and can box. Diehards knew he had a great chance to win since he had been training for a long time and Joshua had to change opponents.

I've said I think Joshua will lose to a no name guy as far back as a 2 years ago I believe. I didn't think he'd lose to this no name guy doe.

And if you are this good at predicting fights I don't know why you wouldn't bet on fights. It'd be easy money for you. I suspect you aren't as good as you think you are today doe even if you actually did call this upset or suggest Ruiz was a live dog which I've seen no evidence of.

The guy has been 290ish pounds. He didn't box for a year for no good reason. Thats not a motivated guy in my book. He's a fat lazy guy who openly talked about how his trainer gots to call him to come to the gym after the biggest W of his career. This guy is gonna be gone on the world scene quicker than a gold digger who's millionaire husband just lost his ass in the stock market unless he's matched favorably AND keeps his sh^t together.

Diehards here knew that Ruiz was more than capable of winning this fight.
Show me the threads where people were even saying he was a live dog? There aren't any. The overwhelming majority of people on this site or elsewhere that I saw were all thinking this would be a breezy night for Joshua.

Exactly. Hindsight is a wonderful thing nobody give him a chance. Out of those 3%, i bet some of them were being facetious and half joking.

Still, nothing will beat the ***** size poll. The average dong size on BoxingScene is bigger than the average in the congo.

What do you mean "this good"? And second...just because you had Joshua on some pedestal and didn't think he would lose to a "no name" as YOU say doesn't mean that I or everyone did also.

It's true that the upset has been exaggerated. I mean, it's not something I would've bet money on, but the Parker and Dimitrenko fights showed he had the potential. Andy was labeled a dangerous replacement due to his deceptive hand speed and inside game. Some considered him better than Big Baby.

Here are a few threads talking about an upset.

I knew Andy was good and would last 12 rounds.
I also Thought AJ had enough skills to outbox him though .
