Wlad was devastated after the Sanders loss. So was Lewis after Rahman iced him.

Joshua was smiling and hugging everybody.

Idk I hope he does built himself back up, fire McCracken and starts over but I have my doubts.

No, he's done. Historically it's virtually impossible to come back* from a loss like this. He got beat in every way tonight and basically quit. But we all knew there was a decent chance of this, just a damn shame it was Ruiz Jr and not Wilder

*=regaining and keeping your belt for years to come

        What’s a “typical” front runner?

Either you are or you aren’t.

That’s like saying “yeah but she not your typical hooker”

Either you are or you aren’t.

Lenny was out on his feet. He did let his underdogs end him. Dogs should never be in that position. He proved them to be flukes. AJ will do likewise. This was nothing more than a fluke.

LL was winning those fights wasn't he? AJ got outclassed since round 1. Those damn love taps to the belly. Pathetic! AJ won't have Emmanual Steward in his corner. It's over with.

He'll be used as a punchline for a few months, but I think AJ will bounce back. Every fighter has bad nights, it's just that he so happened to lose while also delivering his worse pro performance. He got arrogant/reckless against Ruiz and paid dearly for it. Next time he faces Ruiz, he WILL respect him. He needs to work on losing some muscle because it's taking a heavy toll on his stamina and recuperation.

I do hope that he bounces back.

Well, at least he didn't stray far away from his normal character. He's appeared to have sensed this moment coming for a while, and maybe he's relieved that the loss has finally arrived. As the star of the card, he maintained an amicable attitude and didn't allow us to see the internal disappointment. Maybe he'd rather self-deprecate in private. Maybe the $$$ millions take the edge off lol. He did say he wanted his immediate rematch.

I think tonights fight gives Johsua a reality check and maybe isnt the superstar many had had thought he was.Have a feeling Wilder has the best power but Fury is the best pure boxer in the heavyweight division?

                  Are you drunk.

How are you not getting this?

Joshua got beaten up, he was out boxed and quit

You don't fluke outbox someone and knockdown them down 4 times and then quit.

                  That is not a fluke.

You can land a hail mary punch and get a KO though.

I don't think "super-star" and "best fighter" are always the same thing. AJ is/was probably the closest to being a superstar at HW, if not already perceived as one. He is the cash-cow after all.
