    Did Wilder announcement distract AJ?

Is that why AJ got knocked out tonight? Seemed so caught up with wilder all week he actually said Wilder name more than Ruiz name during the build up

Completely agree. I think he wanted to make a statement to match Wilder's.

When he knocked down Ruiz he went for the big finish. That's not AJ at all - he usually stays at range and finishes using his reach advantage. And he doesn't finish fighters until they're broken down and ready to be finished.

That's twice in his career I've seen him get caught up in the moment. The other was Klitschko.

I've posted on here before that I didn't like his reaction to Klitschko's punch. We saw it again - took his legs from under him. He took about 4 rounds to recover against Wlad. Credit to Ruiz - he never gave AJ that chance.

I feel he was stressed out before the fight tonight I'm not trolling but the why he looked like a man with a lot on his mind

Personally, I think AJ's problem was no cardio and a weak chin. I really think that's where it starts and ends.

They kept talking about wilder all week for sure. I don’t remember wilder talking about him before the brezeale fight

There should be no excuses like that if you’re a top athlete.

Floyd beat Cotto knowing he was heading to jail after the fight.

AJ was worried during the introductions. Watch him chewing on his mouth piece. During the fight he was scared of Andy's counters. Fat boy got some fast hands.

You know at this level of the game I wanna say no but I kinda thing everything was upside down for Joshua this week. Wilder stealing the attention. Fury saying he gots to fight real mfers. F#cking Max & SAS kinda f#cking with him. Bet Ak or Barak stepped on the back of his shoe & had him do a lil stutter step with one shoe half off before an interview.
