His problem is that he is a legit boxing fan who also has to broadcast, but his frustration as a fan boils over, which I quite like.

It’s beyond that and into obsessive fanboy territory.

He knows both guys have worked hard to get where they are, and their teams and going to make them both a ton of money with okay-ish fights before they finally fight, and at the end of the day we’ll get the fight and it’ll be great.

But that’s not good enough for him, and he just obsesses about it. Focuses too much on the negative.
