Suico did fight Diaz's fight...Diaz seems to make every fighter fight his fight...
Thats the reason I think Diaz would have more problems w/ a Casamayor style boxer then with Freitas...
Regardless...I dont see Pacquiao, who I love to watch, beating the Baby Bull...
Diaz is still getting better...even though his style might only last for 6-8 more years( because of punch output/ lack of power), I think he;s one of the best young fighters in the game right now..
agree with suico comment, that he is still improving, and length of career
disagree with casa- even though casa looked better and more aggressive in last fight he is too slow and has old legs
diaz takes casa on handspeed alone
LOL **** a catch weight, if Morales wants the fight he'll take Pacquiao's demands. Thats called power and pull, something Morales is not in a position to talk about with this particular opponent. If Morales has a problem with the stipulations and rules, he can go get schooled by Raheem again for half the money. If he wants to play ball, then he needs to shut up and fight.
what are we discussing here?
I never said pac should have taken the fight with morales at 132. the bigger draw is always in command in negotiations (not just for weight catches): hoya vs hopkins, srl vs hagler, srl vs duran 2, srl vs lalonde.
what I am saying is, given that he would not fight morales at 132, roach's claim (pacman can fight at 135) smells like bull****.

I agree Diaz would just out work Casa. Diaz would win that fight maybe 8 rounds to 4.
I can't imagine any fighter of Pacquiao's stature, and possessed of a similar will to win, publicly saying he can't beat another fighter in and around his division.
Bozo no no observed in this thread earlier that Pacquiao was merely responding to a question about his chances of winning against Diaz. That observation is visibly shared by some others who posted on this thread and I add my handle on that list.
Had Pacquiao's response been that he couldn't handle the Baby Bull would have been the bigger news.
It would have even been also bigger news had Pacquiao avoided answering the question.

and I agree..
I dont think Casamayor or Freitas could hang w/ Diaz at this point...
I just felt Casa would be the harder of the two....
Diaz is one boxer that I hope develops into a great figher..too exciting not to wanna see him scrap...
But, Diaz destroyed Cotto, Sim, Irwin & Suico, fighers that fought his fight...
Yet seemed to have problems w/ Julien Lorcy...who stayed on the outside and fought his own fight..
If he's learned to adapt, he'll be great, if not,he'll eventually get beat by a boxer who sticks to the jab & move..
5 pounds, is a huge difference. it would be a good fight, diaz would work just as hard as pac, tha size and power would be too much for pac. dont be silly n say Pac is gonna outbox someone/ besides, Morales is gonna skool him there next fight.
What power?
school pac? well i wont say anything and just wait for the fight
