Commentators mentioned every time Kelly landed a jab but failed to mention Robinson's punches. Robinson had no chance of getting a decision. Dazn wouldn't have allowed it.

Kelly needs to buck up his ideas if he's going to progress. He weaves pretty patterns when he's on the outside, making his defence look good. As soon as he steps in the pocket though, he looks kinda lost and is very hittable. He's not that powerful, he needs to drop the showboating ****. And ffs mate, buy a jab.

I was personally excited to see Josh Kelly fight.. but its safe to say I was believing the hype prior to ever seeing him fight. I couldn't believe how so many people had him ahead. I thought Robbinson arguably won early rounds on activity alone. If Robbinson was a 'step up' fight, it's safe to say his next opponent will be another Robbinson type of fighter or someone more safe. I'm sure they will go down the safe route to bring the hype meter up again.

That's the problem. You can't have this type of style without serious pop. Hamed was P4P one of the hardest hitters in the game. Dude had legitimate heavy hands that could put you down with any shot. Kelly? Simply doesn't have any type of pop and isn't active enough.

But he's not going to change who he is. Too late for that. This is the style he has tried to master since being a child and all of a sudden he isn't going to be able to change nor is he going to be able to develop any power. Possibly can start to jab more but even that is questionable.
