Why didn't Wilder fight Klitschko, Martin and Parker before Anthony Joshua?

He claims he has been chasing a man who turned pro 6yrs after he turned pro for 2yrs when he was just 3yrs into the pro rank. However, he had the likes of Klitschko, Martin and Parker who were champions before Josh got to them and were ready to fight him. So why didn't he fight any of these guys and unify?

He and Klitschko have the Shelly Finkel connection and the fight would've been easy to make. And he and Chartin Martin are with PBC and that would've been another easy fight to make. Why didn't he take any of these fights when he was 9yrs in the pro ranks with over 38 fights in?

I remember Shelly Finkel saying Wilder can't fight Klitschko because he is still a baby after 37 fights and almost 9 yrs as a pro, lol. But Josh took the fight his 3rd year as a pro with 18 fights in. And now that Josh is ready for him, he doesn't want the fight. I won't be surprised if Wilder starts calling out Dubois and Joyce next, then claim they ducked him when he wanted to fight them in 2yrs' time, lol

Stop going off on a tangent and answer the simple question. If Wilder had unified even against the "trash" Martin and fought Wladmir, the fight with Josh would've been easy to make. Why was he fighting bums when he could've fought the champions and unified?

I could be wrong but I think Wilder-Parker did have some kind of short talks but there just wasn't money in the fight in either guy's country to make it happen. I've read that Parker got 33% Vs AJ, Martin got 7M, Wilder wasn't going to be able to match that. He should've pushed for the Wlad fight though
