But why anyone would trust these greedy pharma companies completely, and not want to hold their feet to the fire when they are literally injecting kids with poison, that's what's crazy. I am glad some people are attempting to hold those truly powerful institutions accountable.
If you don't think that a pharma company will try to potentially cut corners on a vaccine and make it cheaper (inferior quality) you aren't a very perceptive person. They are injecting kids with poison - they should be watched and monitored and questioned extremely closely.
People who cheerlead for the pharma industry while denigrating parents who are concerned about what is being injected into their babies are nauseating.

Who says "grab 'em by the..." and then wonders why that may be considered sexist? Who goes on Evangelical TV and says "I've never had to ask for forgiveness because I never did anything wrong?" Who says "Why can't we get more people from Norway?" Really? Norway is socialist as f**k! You want more socialists in the U.S.? No, you want more White people! But I guess the media is the problem?
I mean whatever side you're on we should just be able to call a spade a spade and call that one out. It takes like 10 minutes of research and it's obvious that's what was going on. Hate Trump if you want to, and we can agree to disagree on a lot of stuff, but don't overlook that garbage. I imagine you would look at it differently if those agencies were spying on you like that.

Building a country is literally what the white south Africans did there. And what Europeans did throughout Africa during real colonization. We never had colonization in America.
But South Africa can have fun becoming the next Zimbabwe. Just hope people stop sending them our tax dollars/foreign aid, otherwise they would all starve to death.
To your last comment - you're an awful racist person and I wish you would go be with your own people where you would clearly feel more comfortable. You bring no value to any real society. Be gone.

You think you're 'woke' but in reality you're just doing the bidding of the elites.

Jim Brown is cut from the cloth of Booker T. Washington! In many respects, so am I. I want to see Black folks taking care of Black folks! I'm all about self-responsibility and self-determination! However, what happened in Rosewood, and what happened in Tulsa, shows that too many Americans don't really want to see that happen! They don't want to see Black and Latino farmers prospering from the fruits of their labor on Black and Latino farms! They want to see Black and Latino folks laboring on White folks' farms! They don't want to see Black Panthers, armed, ridding the community of drugs and crime! They want to see Rodney King getting his azz whooped! This is systemic too! What was done to Black farmers wasn't done by one White millionaire, it was systematic! Jim Crow was systematic degradation of my people!
Booker T. didn't want to challenge Jim Crow! Jim Brown didn't want to challenge police brutality! They think that if we ignore "that stuff" and concentrate on job training, and Black-owned business, etc. that these other things will improve! History shows otherwise! In fact, history shows the opposite! For example, Tulsa, "Black Wall Street!"
When these wrongs are committed, we need people committed to right these wrongs! I think the U.S. Constitution is a beautiful thing...ON PAPER! I sacrificed my youth in defense of it's principles! However, when those rights are violated, I would sacrifice my life fighting for justice! Many people died doing just that! Jim Brown is still living...making deals in the White House!
For every Booket T., there's a W.E.B. Dubois! For every W.E.B. Dubois, there's a Marcus Garvey! For every Marcus Garvey, there's a MLK! For every MLK, there's a Stokley Carmichael! America would be wise to embrace Jim Brown! After 2016, I wouldn't hold my breath!Last edited by Bronx2245; 05-27-2019, 11:59 AM.

In general I think a lot of your examples there ignore the idea that some on your side may actually have been in the wrong as well in some of those situations. Not saying what happens next is always justified, but in general it takes 2 to tango.
I think someone like Jim Brown realizes that, and realizes that in a lot of way the black community has to start look to itself for improvement and stop blaming outside factors that in a lot of cases are scapegoats.
For examples with Kaepernick and Rodney King - a lot of these black men who have issues with the police - the first thought always in my mind when I see 99% of those situations is - 'man you cannot do that sh.it around the police'. You cannot do what Michael Brown or Alton Sterling did around the police and expect a good outcome.
If you do what Rodney King did, high on PCP, riding a high speed chase through residential neighborhoods, and then when caught you resist arrest, well you may just end up taking an ass whooping from the police. If he was white I think his treatment would have been exactly the same. Note that 3 of his friends who were black and with him didn't resist arrest and were treated fine.
But I guess we will agree to disagree and I see your general point. Just makes me wonder why 'diversity is our strength' if people from different groups see things so differently, and it then seems to cause conflict as well.
