Than you should know the tow that those 2 fights took on moran! Pedraza was a war loma was another war and you expect for moran not the step off that ring with somewhat less of himself! I can assure you the moran you saw tonight was not the same mora that fought pedraza! And i take no credit away from him but boxing is a tough sport and no matter how elite the fighter is everytime they get hit they steps off that ring with less of himself.
DH should have no problem cleaning the 135! Let just hope next opponent is someone ranked this time!
I believe Moran was a legitimate measure for Haney before all the top contenders. Moran's only 26 and not really had "wars". He's fought similar competition as Haney has except for Pedraza, and has 17KO's out of 24. His last bout was @ 140 and tko'd Zuniga in 2 rnds.
I was unsure about Haney before tonight. At the end of the day, Haney passed the test with flying colors. Next....Comment

What does Lopez, Stank, Haney have in common ? Besides being a prospects, they all fight cans.. They should all fight each other and the winner goes to see P4P Loma...
Good win for Haney doe.Comment

Fight each other sounds great... but the promotional streets to cross have no crossing guards to make it happen!
Lopez is TR, haney is what TMT?/DAZN? Stank belongs to his daddy haymon. You really think is possible?Comment

True, Haney is with DAZN. Top Rank has no problem working with DAZN, and even though TR is taking Lopez to the IBF route, they still can make a decent fight between them two. Stank is a different story he will be cherry picking those berries till he is 25. smhComment

Next step sounds like Abdullaev still, and as Teo won't be doing his fighth with Fortuna, then winner presumably gets a shot at Loma. Would be nice if they could get Haney/Abdullaev at same time as Loma/Campbell, then Loma's path depends on what Commey is doing - wouldn't do Haney any harm if he got another fight in after Abdullaev while Loma takes care of Commey.
I doubt Loma v Haney happens though - can see Loma unifying 135 then just saying 'job done' and doing something else (be it 130 or whatever) - meantime Teo will be at 140. That would leave Haney vs whoever for the belt that Loma vacates.Comment

Congratulations to Devin Haney! What a Hell of a performance; from a Hell of a fighter? Job well done! This kid reminded me a young Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather, Jr but faster.Comment

I would love to see him match up with Teofimo Lopez. That would be one Hell of a fight but I lean towards Devin Haney because he is the more polished and refined of the two.
Likewise, he is the more technical, scientific and fundamentally sound of the two as well. Lopez has more power but Haney is the faster and quicker of the two. Therefore, I have to slightly favor Haney.Comment
