    What about Marquez?

I know Juan Manuel Marquez suffered a set back not long ago but I still think if he gets a rematch with Pacquiao he'll win. Im not a Pacquiao hater, I like any fighter who brings excitement and fights all the best but I think Marquez' smart and technical superiority will prevail if indeed they fight again.

If Pac gets by Morales, and Marquez continues to win then I wouldn't mind seeing the rematch.Marquez gave Manny plenty of trouble from the third or fourth round on.Just imagine if Juan never got knocked down,or was only knocked down once. The rematch needs to be made. But I don't know if JMM wants it.

im not so sure if jmm wants a rematch w/ pac. he probably thought it's too risky to fight pac again.

Man, I've said it before and I'll say it again. Marquez fight made Marquez look so overrated. There is no way he'll be able to stay in it nearly as well as he did against the current Pac. I'm not saying this just because I'm a Manny fan, it's just, cmon, Manny was not nearly the same Manny that fought even Barrera. He didn't move as much, nor mix it up. You can say Manny was incredibly 1 dimensional in that fight and he was. Though he wasn't against Barrera. He threw every punch in the book in that fight. Something was definitely up in that fight besides Manny's rushed training. In the rematch, Manny will KO Marquez so much easier with his new tricks and smarter head on him. I don't see Marquez able to dictate the pace this time at all.

Pacman needs to steer clear of Zahir Raheem and J. Marquez. Those 2 have the perfect style to beat Pacman easily. I'm a big Pac supporter but I know his limitations.

easily? pac has tremendously improved his right hook, his performance against jmm is long-forgotten. he is a different fighter now. he can now box and slug, whatever style he wants.

Zahir Raheem is a slick counterpunching southpaw. He has the perfect style to beat Pacman. He may even have the power being the naturally bigger man. Pac would have trouble against a "slick boxer". Marquez already proved that.

why should pac give him a rematch with marquez will overprice himself again and theres no title on the line and especially when there are much bigger paydays in store for manny if he wins over morales?

that ship has sailed. marquez had his chance at a rematch and he blew it. its his loss, not manny's.

that was before pac improved alot. in case you havent been watching boxing lately other than the contender.

anyway, it's conceded that you'll go for the fighter whoever pac fights.
