I think this supposed "Winky offer" is all BS to further promote Winky Promos. joining forces with Golden Boy. That seemed to be the main focus of the article.

Earlier today a press release was issued stating that Golden Boy Promotions and Winky Promotions are making a $1.5M to Top Rank to deliver WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito. Moments ago Arum told ********** that he was aware of the offer but he has zero interest in entertaining the offer or discussing a Wright-Margarito fight& for that matter. Arum also stated that he believes, "Golden Boy Promotions are playing games."

I still dont' get it, ALL WINKY HAD TO DO IS SAY I ACCEPT A FIGHT WITH MARGARITO DONE DEAL, whats with this services crap?

What it really is saying is Delahoya wants to remove Bob Arum for the deal with Margarito, Delahoya knowing Arum wont remove himself from this fight being that Margarito is his fighter, then the fight won't happen.
