Pac wants the rematch for the fame (other people call it legacy * w/c isnt discussed here much).

he already has other sources for money.

If legitimate boxing rules were used then he won his fight with Floyd.. but judges scores it the way judges scores it not by the book. so in the end Floyd won it legitimately.
