I don't think he's scared.

I truly believe Floyd is past boxing. He stated that he doesn't move as well as he did in his age and that his interest in boxing has faded.

Floyd is a business man, of course he can come out to do it again, but like always he does it at his terms, because smart people get their way in the end, always.

I remember when that Showtime announcer was interviewing Manny after the Broner fight and tried to force Floyd in giving him an answer about a comeback. Floyd was put on the spot with cameras zooming in on him so at the least, he could give a yes or no answer...but Floyd gave nothing away.
