    You cant be THIS ******ed.

But lets assume for a second you are correct. That would make Wilder the DUMBEST fighter in the history of the sport. If DAZN was guaranteeing him $100 million for 3 fights, and it didnt include Joshua, then on what planet does it make sense to reject that offer?? $100 million to fight Breazeale, Ortiz, and Kownacki? And still have Joshua on the table afterwards? What person with more than 10 brain cells would reject that offer????

Go home. You're not drunk, you're just ******.

Their biggest attraction and chance to get new subscribers and DAZN totally blew it.
Why do Wilder fans always twist the facts?

It averaged at 800 something k, that's it. Even if it was a million, I'm sure Wilder the huge american heavyweight star should draw more viewers than Caecilia Braekhus vs Kali Reis

I don't know why you feel the need to bring in another broadcaster to justify Wilder's low numbers. The two are not related at all.

showtime is doing worse ratings paying him 10 million than when they were paying him 1-2 million. shot callers look at that and say why are we doing this? who authorized this idiocy? wilders already 10 million down. lets hope a similar offer is still on the table so he can salvage part of his dignity

How many times recently have any fighters gotten 1 million viewers for boxing on either HBO or Showtime?

It's got to be a very small handful.

You look like a fool for criticizing what is actually a really good number in the current climate.

HBO stopped promoting boxing a long time ago, so let's not compare that. but as I said, just last year Caecilia Braekhus did better numbers than Wilder

Or maybe you'll tell me that the world has changed dramatically in one year

no one thinks those numbers are good. They are absolutely abysmal. Absolutely embarrassing that Wilder can't even crack a million after supposedly deserving 50/50 vs Joshua.

His Fury fight was a total bust at the box office and this one was embarrassingly low.

Danny Garcia vs Granados nearly doubled Wilder's numbers. I mean, absolutely embarrassing. And unfortunately it reflects Wilder's popularity, whether you like it or not.

According to Shouldertroll this is excellent business by Haymon and Showtime.

800k very decent numbers in today's market apparently

10million for 800k viewers and not even 2million at the gate.

Danny Garcia vs Granados was on Fox, genius.

Much like Eddie Hearn you obviously have no clue how the American market works if you can't even differentiate between free tv and premium cable.

Then you throw in Cecilia Braekhus in the hopes that people won't know who the actual main event was that night and who people were tuning in to see. You are completely shameless.

Your lie about Wilder vs Fury being a flop isn't even worth addressing. Other than to say that is as incorrect and misguided as the rest of your post.

Well they still have a couple year's inked with Showtime. I'm going to enjoy it while it's still there.

DAZN is absolutely terrible from the production, fonts, announcers etc... Hell, I haven't seen a exciting fight on it yet.

Fox has done a decent job imo. It's not HBO or Showtime but it beats DACRAPPA.

ESPN is mediocre. If they brought Atlas back it would do wonders. That Kriegel turd is horrible on the mic.

Showtime is the best place to watch a big fight imo.

I know it was on fox, but Wilder being a superstar in american sports should be able to outdraw danny garcia no matter which channel they fight on.

How does it makes sense to you that Showtime pay Wilder 10x what he got a year ago for less views? Tell me how that makes sense in your mind.

Oh dear, yes GGG fought vanes on the main event and also outdrew the american superstar Do you honestly think that's a good look for Wilder? Is this defensible in your mind?

smdh these showtime guys have you completely fooled as to what are good numbers.

Everyone universally agrees that this was completely abysmal. It's just that you are afraid to admit that Wilder simply isn't the star you want him to be.

He doesn't draw the numbers. At the gate or on TV.
