Margarito= Was NOT #1 at 154 in 2010

Modern culture also doesn't like the masculine sport of boxing, so it does not get much air time to reach the wider audience.

If ShowTime goes it would be the end of my favorite pre-fight show known as All Access😢 yet it would also mean Tank Davis, Wilder among others fighting on free tv FOX 😪 I am torn 😭

In the UK we enjoy the sport first.

Seems as you got a fanboy culture over there if so many stopped watching because a fighter retired.

Even your venues lack atmosphere, with people leaving half way through.

Maybe that is the American mentality, that is why you need cheerleaders and half time shows for people to come to your sporting events.

I have lived in the states & here in the uk & over here in the uk is a bunch of lying bias people who cheer for certain fighters & promoters like a "fanboy" & in the states they just don't give a fvk about anyone & cheer for who ever is hot at the moment & are so dumb they believe whatever the media tells them.

If you were a fan of the sport than you would be respecting T.B.E. for how he beat boxing & all that he has done for the sport of boxing like making them take the test.

Well Mosley was inactive for over a year, you tend to lose your rank after that.

Cotto was the younger more skilled fighter who was active and who had beating Mosley.

Pacquiao beat them all in 18 months. 1-4. Who else has done that?

You do know you have contradicted yourself.

Being biased means you support someone, for none boxing reasons.

Supporting someone who is "hot" means you support them because of boxing reason and they are on a good run.

Either way, they care about the events, pay the money and enjoy the nights out.

It seems at America venues it just for the rich to show they are there.

Boxing is not only alive and well in the rest of the world, it is growing in popularity and attracting new fans.

Hopefully Showtime does leave boxing. Their boxing programming this year has been terrible. Only one good fight this year (Lara vs Castano). The rest have been mismatches or snoozers. Their 2 upcoming fights are Davis vs Nunez and Charlo vs Adams, that says it all really.
