Later we find out that the offer was backed on Warren buying the UK television rights which would be a breach of contract.

Ortiz got sent one offer of 5 million and then an offer of 7 million. He should have taken it but his management team screwed it up. They have done that multiple times in his career...especially since he left Golden Boy Promotions.
