Is that the strategy? Hold out for more money while at the same time try shift the blame for the fight not happening RIGHT NOW, on the other side?
Lol but wow you can be a reasonable man
Ok , personally I believe it has nothing , absolutely nothing to do with both boxers
I believe the culprits are the ones who are hiding behind the doors
I have a really hard time believing Hearn but doesn’t mean I believe the other side also
I think it’s all fughin bullchit from both ends and they will milk it for as long as those digits keep going up
I believe tonight’s fight will be the beginning of negotiations to make this fight , obviously AJ has got to do his part now
I believe both boxers are a little fed up of all this bullchit and will start making noise to their respective camps
This site will become a little better when we can start talking boxing instead of trashing each other over literally ******ity
I recall the same crap over two fighters who ended up fighting when the mystique was all but gone
The blueprint is their but we as fans seem to have fallen for the bullchit once again

Maybe Wilder should have offered 12.5m to AJ and then start shouting DUCK DUCK if he refuses. Will that make you happy?

Or showtime or ESPN should offer $100m to AJ for a 3 fight deal including Wilder. Will that be OK?

Fact is..this fight only happens when there is a 50-50 split and it is on PPV. Also, if Wilder got $14m fighting Fury and $12m fighting Breazeale, that is a big step up from the $2.1m fighting Ortiz. Why woud he not want to continue doing so for next 4-5 fights before that AJ fight?

More business decision for both side than anything else. And I am talking about both fights and broadcasters.

Yes either of those would of been a start. But Wilder and Finkel walked away from 100 million saying the the fight makes more on Showtime and then they DIDNT COME BACK WITH ANYTHING. Hes going to fight Ortiz again??????

You lot been calling Joshua and Hearn duckers duckers duckers and now its become clear for all to see that Team Wilder are the duckers its all, Business decisions, business decisions, business decisions. Where has all the Joshua is a coward, Joshua is a ducker crap gone?

And you **** on about the 12.5. What was wrong with 12.5 at the time? Wilder hadnt earned over 2 at that point. You bring that offer up like on Monday they offered 12.5 and on Tuesday came with 100 million.

And TO THIS DAY, Wilder is still proving he cant make as much as 12.5 million on his own. Thats just how bad that offer was, was over a year ago, was a MASSIVE LOWBALL yet Wilder STILL ISNT EVEN MAKING THAT MUCH.

If Joshua usual purse was 2.5m dollars and he got offered 12.5m and 15m then you would have a point. They can’t offer Joshua 12.5m when he was already making £17m from like 5 fights ago.

Quote me where I call Joshua or Hearn a ducker?

Greedy and arrogant, maybe because they don't think another champ deserves a 50-50 split. To me, neither is a "ducker" but both want to get maximum benefit from the fight and that includes hyping and delaying the fight as well as making as much money as possible before the fight.

That's what Eddie is trying to sell to AJ fans. To me, the split is more relevant than the actual amount. Wilder's been getting way more than 50% so why should he settle for less? If you know the worth of the fight and the crazy money involved, asking a split is more sensible than settling for a fixed pay.
