Russell not impressive there. Plenty of Shoeshining, but expected him to really put it on Martinez. Think he's lost a step with all his inactivity.

This was the first performance ever by Russell that I was not impressed with. He has got to stay busy or his prime will go away. He needs LSC or Davis next. I was more confidence of his chances against LSC after his fight last year but not so sure now. Maybe just an off night.

You were impressed by him being used as a punching bag by Lomochencko?

GRJ looked good, he looked quick. But he seemed to lose some steam after the 3rd round. He really needs to stay active. It doesn't matter if it's a tuneup fight or not. Fighting 2x a year is a must for him.

I was impressed by how he fought a spirited but losing fight. Tonight he lacked something in there.

I was only watching snippets of this but I agree. GRJ looked great for the first few rounds but then tapered off on the rest. I do think GRJ has a slight edge against Leo Santa by 55-45 but who knows GRJ seems more interested in talking about fights then making fights
