That was an excellent article. Couldn't agree more with every practical thing written there. "Wilder isn't a particularly good boxer but he's good enough." He's exciting to watch for the division. And he's skilled & fast enough to set up his punches to land on any elite heavyweight.

His flaws and attitude are a draw for all his detractors, because they'll tune in to watch him lose (like the Mayweather haters), preferably right after he gets wobbled and does a dance on those Bambi legs of his. But for those who believe that the dedicated hard work will get you better each fight(?) regardless of his late start in the game - will tend to focus on his progression and his ability to adapt.

His "catch a body" talk is DUMB, but even the newest fan to boxing will come to realize its for shock effect to draw attention to his concussive speciality....but for those outside of boxing catching wind of his remarks won't understand....that'll be the more foolish irresponsible drag on his rep he's earned. But as far as the skillfull aspect? He's undeniably growing and maintaining thru "hard work & dedication" regardless what emotional haters say....

And Wilder is tailor made to lose to anyone in the top ten field on any given night.

I get it doe. Breazeale probably will lose. He'll probably get KO'd, but Wilder ain't exactly Floyd Mayweather. He screams beatability. And its HW's. Anything can happen when HW's fight. I think the value in this fight is with Breazeale. Feel free to bet your $900 to win $100 on Wilder doe.

Will see today either way, but there is no way in hell Breazeale is only 4% to KO Wilder like Gambler was saying. The only way this fight ends is by KO. One of these mfers gonna have a heart attack before 36 minutes is up.

Wilder kind of proves you don't have to be a 'boxer' to win boxing fights and that p!sses a lot of people off. The means to win can be written in basic code like Deontray does. But then again, we could argue it's the level of his competition that has flattered him. His big two fights, Ortiz & Fury were close run things and how long can he keep winging it against good fighters? I suspect not too much longer but you still have to admit he's getting the Ws and usually the KO and that's what the fight game is ALL about. Wilder is an actor who doesn't know what he's saying, but he's entertaining us at the same time. Personally speaking and "Deyonce" jokes aside, I quite like him.

And AJ ain't exactly Willie Pep or Sweet Pea. Hell, he ain't even on Lennox Lewis's level.

Joshua staggered him badly in the 2nd round...

Not a particularly good boxer but the secret sauce is the sub par competition....amiright?

George Foreman wasn't a good boxer either, but took out quite a few that were.

George Foreman underrated punishing jab. Used it often and to set up other power punches .

It's interesting to see if Wilder KOs Brazeale faster than AJ.
A win doesn't increase his bargaining power unless he stops Trouble earlier.
That will be the measuring stick & I see a Wilder KO in the 1st round.
