Russell is doing himself a disservice by fighting so little. Just because the other titlists avoid you doesn't mean that you should completely place your career on halt. Russell never maintains any momentum/relevancy BECAUSE of his inactivity. If he is so injury prone, he should still try to fight at least every 6 months. He needs to keep his name out there and keep his skills sharp. There's no reason he shouldn't dominate Kiko and then have another fight before Thanksgiving.
