What's the big deal? GGG was given an exemption to fight Canelo instead of his mandatory. The fight fell through and GGG still chose to use his exemption to fight Vanes knowing he would have to fight a mandatory after the exemption. He then chose to fight Canelo instead of his mandatory and got stripped.

This is from months ago. It was the WBC turn but they made him Franchise Champ. That's why the IBF issued the mandatory after that

So:

Haymon pushed for the WBC mando, Wilder's sponsors, and they elevate Canelo to Franchise Champ.

Then rumors were that Andrade wasn't approved and industry knew Canelo wasn't going to fight GGG..

Then Haymon and DiBella, because somehow they forgot about their own WBC rotation with Charlo, remind the IBF that it's Sergey's turn knowing that Canelo would have to vacate the IBF should the Kovalev fight be a go.

Then the juggling becomes Andrade or Sergey negotiations at the same time. DiBealla and Haymon know its not their problem and troll to purse bid, knowing GBP won't go to Purse bid...

Is all of this Canelo's fault? the GGG Groupies will say yes and say that it all happened because he needed to fight GGG. Yet GGG has no belts and DiBella and Haymon would have the IBF overrule that exemption because it only benefits DAZN business, so either way if Canelo had fought GGG, the IBF would've stripped him.
