He would have to do something outside the norms of the rules of boxing. Simply beating his opponent up and them dying because of it is not illegal nor is it murder. His words are just that, words. Hyperbole. In boxing, people have said much worse.

Wilder knows boxing is dangerous and you can get killed with one punch. But even though he hits hard Brazil or himself is unlikely to die. Because the norm is you get knocked down and you either get stopped by ref or you stay down for 10 seconds at least then get up.
If Wilder jumped on Brazil after brazil layed on canvas for 10 seconds to finished what he predicted than he can be charged. WIlder could have did that in 49 fights. So Wilder does literally kill his opponents every fight if there was no referee to protect opponents.
