Give honor to whom it's due.
To make the fight happen,A side must be respected as it's always been done in boxing match, tell team Wilder to face the reality and show some humility, and stand up to fight one real fight in his career by fighting Aj,as he couldn't even finish out of fashion fury...

They would both make a life changing amount of money, their grandkids, grandkids, grandkids would be set for life.
The worry is if the fight isn't exciting or competitive there wouldn't be massive interest in a rematch. (appreciate that both would have a rematch clause so it would happen anyway)... bottom line, take the $100m + you're being offered!

Wilder and his team were adamant on 50/50 or no fight right up until the point that Hearn said that they might actually get it.
Once Hearn came out and said that Wilder suddenly changed his tune and announced that he wouldn’t even fight AJ for 50/50 because he has “plans” (seemingly to fight Kownacki and Ortiz and maybe Fury again - rather than trying to unify)
It was never about 50/50; they were trying to price themselves out. They just don’t want that fight, period.

Are you from the U.K ?
I ask because the boxing landscape is different in the U.S .
Boxing seems to be mainstream in the U.K while in the U.S it's still trying to get back on it's feet .
The fact that tickets are Readily available ( as you said ) is nothing new here . Most tickets sell the day of the fight .
