Is Arum gunna do the unthinkable?

Dan Rafael is saying the talks are positive, on both sides, for a Hooker/Ramirez unification on DAZN https://mobile.twitter.com/danrafael...2839237634?p=v

Still sceptical that this comes off though

He must be pretty confident in Ramirez

I think it will happen. Arum knows that Hooker is one of the weakest champions in boxing. Its worth the risk. Jose will bring that WBO belt back to ESPN.

That what be one good ass fight, if Uncle Bob is serious. I hope it's true and he's not stalling. This is the kind of fight that fans are searching for.

Ramirez seems to be quite proactive in chasing fights ever since he was disappointed not to be involved in the WBSS. Fighters have more power over their careers than they recognise sometimes

He's probably giving DAZN some fights in order to avoid Loma vs Campbell going to a purse bid and having that fight be on ESPN in the US.

Think even Top Rank want Loma/Campbell in the UK, but itll be Sky PPV and ESPN, same with Crawford/Brook if that were to

Having Hooker/Ramirez purely DAZN gives a lot of hope for the future, just not being a one way street of DAZN guys going to ESPN. Can actually start talking about fights and them being possible. Bivol against the other LHW's for one.

People forgetting that Ramirez got a kind of a hometown decision in his last fight?

This isn't unthinkable...it was talked about when news came out about Lomachenko-Campbell being ordered.

                    From last week:

                    Steve Kim@StevESPNKim
Spoke with Bob Arum, and they are set to take Lomachenko to jolly ol' England in August-September to face Luke Campbell, as part of the WBC ruling for their 135 pound title #boxing

                    Steve Kim@StevESPNKim
Arum says that he's also hopeful of making a deal with Eddie 'fast car' Hearn on a Jose Ramirez-Mo Hooker fight, ''We'll make a deal, I'm sure," he stated #boxing
