I still say that Fury was lucky to walk away with a Draw that day because he was damn near knocked out in that fight.
Had he gotten up just a split second later or had there been another referee he would have been easily counted out and lost.
Now since Wilder is confident and knows that he can hurt, drop and possibly stop Fury; He wants that rematch so badly that he can taste it. He wants it as soon as possible.

Wilder signed to fight Fury when he was a shadow of his real self, coming off the Pianeta fight he looked like crap. Wilder’s team thought it would be an easy night against someone who actually had a name. They didn’t account for Fury actually being motivated into getting in something vaguely approaching fighting shape
