I never understood how wilder can move his arms randomly wo being hit in counter. I mean...everybody can start punching from back of his shoulders, but while the arm is up, the other boxer should turn his light off.

Ok but it seems like they don't even try to hit him in the meantime, just trying to defend (hence getting hurt seriosly)...and then...why no other pro boxer seems to adopt that random technique? Many would have the power and velocity to do that, yet they all use a traditional technique made of short range blows...
