if the wbc approves it, it's also good for whyte as whyte could probably get at least 60/40 as diamond champion. maybe even 55-45. as interim champion, whyte likely would have gotten 65/35 or maybe even only 70/30.

50/50 doesn't mean alot on a PBC card as Fury will tell us all.

      very smart move.
Fury will want Wilder vs. Fury II on ESPN PPV! Wilder will probably oblige, so long as he doesn't have to sign a multi-fight deal with ESPN!

I think Whyte would be cool with 40%, b/c if he beats Fury, the PPV will be a big event! I don't know what % Joshua offered Whyte, but I would be surprised if it was 40%!

Whyte - fury would generate big money for sure just not Joshua money

There’s no one at heavy that can generate big coin like Joshua does and that’s fact

I bet fury’s and wilders next fights combined will not generate close to what aj alone will

I don't know what Joshua generates? Just this morning I was shocked to see that Canelo, with under 16K in attendance, has the largest live gate in 2019, which means that it was larger than Spence vs. Garcia, which had 47K in attendance! So we can't simply assume that 80K in attendance "over there" is dong big money! Do you have any live gate numbers for Joshua? I know you don't have streaming numbers, b/c no one has streaming numbers, only projections!

Tyson doesn't really need a belt to leverage a better deal than he already got -- I'm pretty sure Diamond belts don't include PPV revenue, only a percentage on the purse, but I could be wrong.

I don’t think Joshua generates Canelo money on live gate and ppv ect but in the heavyweight division he’s miles ahead

I’ll see if I can find some info

Win the diamond belt, get 50/50 on WBC purse bid. Let’s see who wins the purse bid ESPN or Showtime. Or be forced to work together to prevent DAZN money.

I know Joshua Wlad sold 1.5 million ppv’s and filled a 90 k stadium if that helps

Let’s just see it Fury. We just need you to get pass the very danger-prone Schwarz...sigh!

More importantly...what is this new universe where the WBC diamond title even matters?
I remember when no one even gave a sh@t about the whole WBO.

Now these sub-level filler titles have weight? Besides, isn’t he getting the popular “aluminum V8” title from tomato can Schwarz?

We need new belts like we need new promoters and networks. Just fight Whyte let him keep the worthless title. It is just a distraction from a larger goal.
