Another fighter to mention issues with a contract in regards to doing business with Hearn. There's no reason Ortiz wouldn't take that check that I can think of, considering that he fought Wilder for much less.

I am no ortiz fan but I said it back then that I don't believe anything hearn says regarding offers to face AJ. That being said Ortiz should've been all over any medium imaginable calling his bluff,& even though this article could've been based on a qoute from who knows when, hes still stupid for not saying anything sooner to anyone who'll listen.

Ortiz' team still have only themselves to blame for being such lame ass amatuers who have no clue how to play with the big boys.

I'm sure even you two dopes are not really stupid enough to believe this crap, considering this guy and Ortiz's manager both stated that their promoter was to blame for turning down a $7million offer and trying to screw Hearn for $10million.

The same guy who is saying this now blamed Ortiz's own promoter for turning down the fight just 3 weeks ago.

These people have got no shame or honour at all and you are no better.

Pity he didn't say who was the person that asked for a contract. I'm sure that person has some correspondence that shows that is the case, or not?

Whyte was allegedly offered the fight no the back and he said the same thing a few weeks back that Hearn never sent the contract. It doesn’t matter that Ortiz’s and Whyte are saying it now but if I had to guess it’s because Hearn is publicly saying these guys rejected and it’s a bad look for them . If Hearn is telling the truth he will produce a contract and make that public then the rest of the boxing and myself will know the truth .

Whyte never said that or anything like that.

Why would Hearn send contracts to people who turned down the money he was offering them?

come on.. even if you are not a fan of AJ (which im certainly not) don't buy this bs campaign to lessen the damage done to Ortiz' name

he has been claiming he would take it anytime anywhere and confident he would win

it would have been his biggest payday the truth is its them who didn't like the fight on such short notice and the reason is either a lack of confidence he would win under them circumstances or he would piss dirty
