Boxing is at an all time low with fighters from different weight classes being afraid to give the fans what they want.
FOH, Ortiz not turning down no fight with you he have nothing to loose. Joshua on the other hand is afraid of being outclassed by the old Southpaw.
    Lolsss...another dumbass comment.

...and why weeks after they went public themselves blaming their own promoter? I don’t really trust Hearn, but these guys seem to be fumbling all over themselves.

LMAO they only asked for the contract after trying to drag Hearns name through mud going public about the "low ball" offers. Their plan backfired and they didn't get a second chance and now they're whinging about it?

Well, I have no firsthand knowledge of protocols for negotiations in boxing specifically, but I do have experience with negotiating contracts and naively assumed it would be similar regardless of the industry.....
All parties that have a vested interest make requests and consessions(offers, counter offers) until satisfactory terms are agreed upon. Once that has been accomplished and approved by both sides, the responsible party begins the process of creating a binding contract. Negotiations can be terminated by either party at any given time prior to a final agreement. Its been reported that Hearn made an initial offer which was turned down and subsequently made a counter offer which was also turned down. Apparently he decided to terminate further negotiations with Team Ortiz to pursue other fighters........ Again, I could be completely wrong when it comes to boxing but from whats been reported I don't see where the opportunity to write up a contract existed during the negotiation.

                  Now this is sensible post!

Fools saying Hearn should have sent Ortiz a contract need have a think about it and ask themselves what fee would have been stipulate in that contract - the $7million that Ortiz turned down or the $10million that Eddie refused to pay him!?

Hearn was working against the clock with only 5 weeks left to find a suitable opponent to replace Miller. After having 2 offers rejected by Ortiz's promoter and with a $3million gap between his best offer and what was being demanded, Eddie moved on and offered the date to his next choice, Ruiz, who accepted it immediately.

Comparing this situation to the $50million offer from Finkel to AJ is just wrong. Hearn neither accepted nor turned down that offer. He told Finkel he was "very interested" in it and asked to be sent a term sheet or a contract. Finkel refused to oblige.

You are either deliberately trolling or very, very confused.

Hearn offered them $7million - confirmed by both manager and coach - and it was rejected by Dade, who demanded $10million.

So what amount of money should Hearn have sent them a contract for ... the amount they rejected or the amount he refused to pay them?

That's a simple question. Are you going to give me a simple answer to it?
