Jacobs is an average fighter. Wilder-Joshua, I will have to be paid to watch. I watch boxing to see skills, not just an event of egos.

It's okay in that it's not that expensive to be fair, but you have to question their commitment to fans when they have bellator instead of coughing up for UFC

I think the 2 Canelo fights are great deals but the other 10 months is it?
But, assuming you would have bought Canelo vs Jacobs at $80 or so, you are getting all those other fights for $40.

WBSS, Rungvisai vs Estrada, Joshua, GGG, Usyk etc etc.

There’s no way a boxing fan can look at this and say it’s not a great deal. It’s insane. DAZN are haemorrhaging cash at the moment because of it.

With PBC you have to have Showtime for $11.99, a cable subscription for FS1($50) and the PBC PPVs are $80.

For Top Rank you have to have a cable subscription to watch ESPN fights($50). ESPN+ is $5 a month. Then you have ESPN PPVs for $80.

Or you can just watch every fighter that's signed to DAZN for $8.33 a month nothing more nothing less. No cable subscriptions, no PPVs, nothing else.

How ****** do you have to be to not understand how that's saving you money?
Exactly, I don't have cable, and don't care to have cable. I usually watch fights from cable somewhere else, but with DAZN I can watch a fight anytime I want, even on the move from my phone if I need to.

Respectfully, Canelo fights are a great deal, without question. I don't know if the others are.

If you pay $19.99 for something you would've paid $79.99 for then yes, great deal. If you pay $19.99 or $8.33 for something you either wouldn't watch or would pay $0.00 for, then you can't say that is a great deal.

Would you pay $19.99 for the fights available in June on DAZN? I looked at those cards and I don't think those cards even with AJ are worth that much.

Don't necessarily agree but at the same time we're all entitled to our opinions, fair enough. Also tbf boxing would be a much bigger sport with no ppvs.

That's why I'm not for any type of PPVs, unless it MUST absolutely be.

If you are paying the $20 price then you are just paying for a month at a time right? So you can pick and choose the good months. If you only want to watch Canelo for example, you will now pay $20 rather than $80 to watch his fights, and you will get the rest of the months content as well.

If you sign up for a year you get all the content on DAZN for $10 a month. That is crazy good value for any boxing fan imo.

In my money that’s £7.50 or so a month. I would snap that up in a second if it was available here.

I don’t disagree with you. I just think we need to look at the quality of the fights to get a true gauge on value.

Dazn doesn’t have the roster right now to make fights worth the cost each month. That is why I think they need to partner with like an nbcsports cable network so they can put those fights on and use them to promote the network to sell subscriptions.

If people are not going to watch bad or non compelling fights for free why would they pay to watch them. Dazn needs at least one fight a month worth the $19.99. I don’t know if they have the roster to do that right now.

So far DAZN is a dud.
