Imagine a single platform or service that had all the rights to every fight going on globally in any combat sport every promotion and you could type in a specific event or location and pay a small amount per month for unlimited access to all fight content and related documentaries. Would be immense.

Instead we have all of this dazn vs. Espn vs showtime **** measuring contests. And fan's losing focus of what's really important.

Those are all good fights. Which would've been on ESPN, plus, FS1, or FOX for cheaper. None of those are PPV fights. Yet you think it's a deal that you're paying more.

What are you getting for July & August?

Normally I’d pay $80 for one Canelo PPV with a s**t undercard.
The $20 Canelo card is the only deal so far, which I stated already. You've essentially paid $100 for one PPV & a bunch of other fights that would've been cheaper elsewhere.

Even if Canelo doesnt fight again this year, you have already saved what $80 on his Jacobs fight?

So a $120 a year subscription to DAZN and thats already down to $40 just with Canelo. $40 for all the WBSS tournaments, Joshua, Golovkin, Estrada, Usyk, Rungvisai and loads of others.

This is the deal of the century. Pissed off they havent come to the UK yet
I think a lot of the DAZN cards are being shown on sky

Look it don't take a genius to see its better to pay $100 to watch Canelo twice a year + a lot of other boxing or $40 a year for Canelo & 2 months of other fights vs $140 for two PPV's a year.

DAZN has more or less taken the place of HBO for boxing fans & they are saving money vs what HBO cost boxing fans.

There are 100% things to be critical of DAZN about but them making fans pay more isn't one of them & this thread is as ****** as your last DAZN thread.

Dig you & respect your opinions on most sh^t & agree with takes often & get your take even when I disagree with you typically but this DAZN hater sh^t is getting f#cking ridiculous.
That’s is the truth and nothing but the truth.

Canelo-Jacobs would have been $75 regularly and I wouldn’t have bought it. I did get it for $20 though. I’m not a hardcore anymore so I will most likely only order it on a month they have a big fight or a couple good ones in one monthspan.

                This right here.

For any real boxing fan DAZN is well worth it. Your getting nonstop boxing high quality on demand, when you want it.

And to my knowledge, sure not all of their fights have been Canelo tier, but everysingle card they've put together thus far has been solid.

Everything else they've shown has been FS1, ESPN, ESPN plus, ShoBox, Showtime, FOX, level cards. But they're charging more than than others. If you get the $100 plan it equals out to what Showtime charges.

Explain to me how paying more for boxing is cheaper. I'm all ears.
lol you just answered your own question.

you do know espn is not free, we talking regular espn not espn+ which is an additional fee and so does fox etc etc they cost a fee that is bundle in with your cable.

espn is like $9 bucks a month, espn+ is $5 bucks a month.
fox sports is about $2 bucks a month
show time is $10 dollars a month

so x 5 months thats = $130 already, now lets inlcude the PPV this year so far

                    Spence/Garcia -$75 and Crawford/Khan was $70, Pacman/Broner was $75 = 220

so total so far this year boxing has cost you $350

now thats over 3 times the cost of DAZN yearly plan which is $100/year.

compared month to month dazn is $20 a month and combined the other is average of $70/month.

SO yeah, Dazn is the greatest value in boxing today.

I paid $40 for those 2 months. I’m not subscribing for June, July, or August cause they ain’t got much on for those months so far. If they put goods cards I might drop another $20.

For sure I’ll drop another $20 in September though for what’ll likely be the next Canelo PPV.

That’ll only be $60 for 2 Canelo PPVs and all those other fights I mentioned, plus whatever else they have within the month of the next Canelo PPV.

Prior to DAZN entering the game that would be $160 for the 2 Canelo PPVs plus whatever you’d pay for all the smaller cards they’ve had that would’ve been spread between HBO, ESPN, etc.

The only way DAZN isn’t decent value is if you only watch lame mismatches like Thurman vs. Lopez and Garcia vs. Granados for free on Fox with basic cable.
