I doubted JRock, he easily won 10-2 or 9-3, I thought he would get stopped late, but we knew Hurd is an easy target and this was going to happen

Looking forward to the rematch vs Mell

It's time for Jarret Hurd to become a man and move out his mom and dads house. He looked soft while he was sitting on the dinner table with this fam getting all those compliments

Proved us all wrong and made us eat our words!

That’s how you get respect by taking it by hard earned force and hardwork!

J rock was always a solid fighter but he answered questions about his chin!

At times he was bullying Hurd which we thought would be impossible!

This was a pound for pound performance, beating the best guy in your division at his hometown at his own game!

          J rock was sensational!

The hell fight were you watching? J-Rock beat him at every facet of the fight game.

I am a big Hurd guy but I was definitely worried about this fight. Grinding guys down isn't always going to work. Hurd is not fast enough to just stand there and trade. Hopefully he can go back to the drawing board and try to reinvent himself. He needs to use his height to his advantage. The only problem is that most guys always revert back to their old ways. Would Hurd be better served moving up in weight? Bigger guys hit harder so you never know. Props to J Rock for being in great shape and taking the titles.

But a loss doesn't have to be the end of the world. If a fighter learns from it and makes adjustments to improve himself then it can be a blessing in disguise.
Now let's see what Charlo can do.... He hasn't accepted his loss

Hurd is a good style matchup for J-Rock but in a rematch vs Jermall he gets stopped again.

Fcuk yeah! You on it. He took that devastating loss, re-built himself, came in as the smaller man, and snatched them belts from the favored guy convincingly (scores were too close IMO). This is why I love the sport. Thanks to both fighters but big thumbs up to J-Rock for gritting his teeth and prevailing.

And those short, crisp, inside punches were dope.
