Those were genuine tears of joy. After being counted out by so many after the Jermall Charlo fight, he was given an opportunity and a second chance to redeem himself.

Yup! I felt that post fight interview. Gained a fan in me both as a boxer and a man, especially with the grace and respect he showed Hurd’s family and fans.

Made me a fan, the win obviously meant a lot to him, had a chip on his shoulder. Not the same as Jermell crying after his loss...

Jermell was robbed and realized that there is nothing he will be able to do to correct that. So rather that tear up the place he just cried.

Don't like the religious crap, but he is right about the fact people need to stop condemning and slating guys who take a loss. I'd take the old days of guys fighting the best over the current era where people have a career of 30-40 fights where only 5/6 of them were meaningful fights.
