I don’t think Thurman has it in him. Hes the classic “well rounded” boxer who isn’t elite at any skill set. He’s a level above Broner though. However if you looked at Pac’s recent big wins, he always outboxes his opponents. Takes some rounds off and still manages to win. I wouldn’t be shocked if Thurman is outboxed

You predicted Matthysse to brutally knock Pac out but it was Matthysse who got stopped and Pac also added him to the collection of boxers he retired (1. Dela Hoya 2. Hatton 3. Matthysse). You will eat your words again if Pac, even at age 40 beats and adds Thurman to the collection of boxers he retired. Ever since Pac hit the big time, Marquez was the only one able to knock him out after he went life and death fighting Pac 4 times. Cotto, Margarito and Matthysse who are way stronger than Marquez couldn’t even do it, how can Thurman do it?

Stop living in the past, Thurman is an entire different beast than those guys, they were washed up and past their prime. Thurman is a bozing power punching mover, he throws marquez style baited power counters.
