BS, Whyte said he'd fight Ortiz if he can have it guaranteed in writing that the winner fights Wilder next. Not second mandatory, not in 4 years time, but next. Whyte shouldn't even have to beat a top 4 opponent to be Mandatory anyway. No other boxer is expected to beat Fury or Ortiz just to get a shot at Wilder. That's irrelevant really, you don't have to fight anybody ranked by WBC to be WBC mandatory. Fury, Breazeale or Stiverne never did and WBC gave them mandatory status anyway.
