Can see both sides to this. Abdullaev has every right to pissed off, having worked his way up and paid the sanctioning fees.
On the other hand, it's unification and it's Lomachenko, though I'm not convinced that the WBC are doing it purely for the sport.

It'll be interesting to see if they make a similar move at heavyweight.

The best decision the WBC have made in along time.
At least now if you want to be the best you have to go thru the best.
I'm stoked and now we should be getting some decent fights for Loma.

It's not a unification if the WBC has no champion.

No surprise that Hearn and Suliman relationship is not going well though
If Charlo continues receiving step aside fees and the WBC acknowledge it they don’t prioritize on the mando, especially when Team Canelo are after unifications

Just yet another act of total and utter corruption in a massive list of incidents by the Wilder Bodyguard Council.

Were you this upset when IBF champion Anthony Joshua was allowed to cut the line and fight for the vacant WBA title?

It wouldn’t be the most corrupt boxing sanctioning body besides the WBA. That rat Jose Sulaiman is doing summersaults in his grave enjoying every minute of Mauricio’s corruption. It’s the Sulaiman way.

Because it was different and you know it. That wasn’t about the title it was about fighting klitchko. Klitchko wouldn’t take the fight unless the wba belt was on the line that’s why it took longer to be announced. Aj would’ve fought klitchko with or without the vacant belt on the line. If the belt wasn’t vacant do you think lomachenko would be fighting Campbell?

This is just a cheap way to get a title. Had the champion been Garcia and the fight was ordered no one would complain but people see it for what it is.

How was it different to the fighters in the ratings? Every single thing Hearn is complaining about happened to the fighters skipped over when Joshua was allowed to fight for the WBA title.

Kind of like when AJ/Klit became up for the vacant WBA Super title?

                      Naw, not like that.
