I've been telling this a few days ago when this was announced. Loma is gonna bypass back-to-back mandatories due to this 4-man tournament, assuming he wins that vacant WBC title. WBC is creating a road for a total unification and so is IBF. This may be unfair for others but this is good for boxing. WBC did the right thing

Can anyone explain why #1 vs #3 for a vacant title is more worthy than a unification match? Unification comes with far more weight than anything else in my opinion.
