WBC Mandate: Fury Vs Whyte for wilder shot

Tyson Fury ordered to fight fellow Brit Dillian Whyte by WBC in eliminator for title fight against Deontay Wilder

    Source: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/bo...Whyte-WBC.html

Tyson Fury*has been ordered to fight Dillian Whyte by the World Boxing Council, a bout that could lead to an eagerly anticipated rematch against*Deontay Wilder.

According to*The Sun, the Gypsy King must take on his fellow Brit in an eliminator to determine who will be next in line for a shot at the WBC heavyweight title.*

Wilder will defend his belt against Dominic Breazeale beforehand, and should both come through they will be on course to meet once more following their controversial draw at the end of 2018.

Fury doesn't care about belts. I doubt he takes this fight.

But if he does, it'll be a one-sided beatdown like Fury's TKO win over Chisora.

      You're probably right.

So does Whyte become automatic mandatory if Fury refuses then?

The Body snastcher is a more polished boxer than Del Boy and sets traps. He can also box when need be and has far more tools. We all know Fury can hit the canvas and while I would put Fury as the favourite it will be more interesting than Chisora-Fury.

          They'll find a replacement.

Personally, I'd like to see Parker vs. Whyte II.

Anybody heard this reported interview live?? I think its Suleiman with Thaboxingvoice?? thats what the Sun says anyway..
I can't seem to find it

Not sure if Fury will take this, if Wilder won't rematch him next he prob play it safe for now until he can have AJ.
Why take all that risk against a tough fight like Whyte?? I'd fancy a Fury UD but Whyte can ****.

            EDIT - https://********/_FHYsbJon18

            think its this from 45:00

Fury already could've had the rematch and didn't want it, he's not gonna fight an eliminator for it. This is like WBC ordering that 135 tournament involving Lopez, Haney that was never going to happen

Del Boy beat Whyte in the first fight and was winning the second.

Whyte wouldn't win a round against Tyson.
