I had it 117-111 Canelo. I thought Jacobs only won rounds 1,9, and 10.

I saw the same thing, Jacobs was landing just 1 punch of the few flurries he amounted the whole fight. Excellent job by Nelo of weaving and neutralizing the weight bully. Jacobs' plan backfired on him. Lost 1 mil AND his biggest fight. Haters here saying it was a robbery should go sleep woth their mommies and grow a pair.

Canelo's speed (and the skills to use it) was way more important than Jacob's size advantage, which only amounted to a meaningless height advantage.

Canelo looked the stronger of the two and was completely unbothered by Jacob's reach. Those jabs clearly lacked enough power to create offense for Jacobs, who often looked unbalanced when things got more physical. By the end of the fourth round, I felt certain Canelo was going to score a knockdown in the next few rounds, but then he started gassing.

Anyone could see that Jacobs was drained at the weigh-in and has trouble making weight. The biggest flaw Danny has at 160 is making weight and Golden Boy knew it, and for that reason alone, GB demanded the re-hydration penalty.

Canelo did exactly what I said he would do and Danny responded as expected.

Jacobs was simply unable to solve Canelo. And whether Canelo was gassing, or just letting his foot off the gas, he was a little tired and it showed. Otherwise he probably would have scored a KD in the 5th or 6th round.
